Most answering services text your client a link and hope. Della checks your Square calendar and books it while she's still on the phone.

A typical answering service

“I can text you a link to book online.”

She hangs up with a link, not a time.

Della

“Two o'clock Tuesday is open with Mai. Shall I book it?”

On your Square calendar before she hangs up.

Straight answers.

How long does setup take?

About fifteen minutes for your website, Square and forwarding, and we show you the code to dial for your phone company. Texting turns on once the carriers approve your number, usually within a week.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward your salon number to your Della line. Pause her and calls ring your cell, if you've added it.

What happens when someone asks for me?

She takes their name and number, puts a callback on your Today page and alerts you. Overnight alerts wait for the morning unless it’s urgent, and urgent callers can be put straight through to your cell.

Will she say she’s an AI?

Yes, whenever someone asks. She never pretends to be a person, and in states that require it she asks before recording.

What does she do with texts, DMs and emails?

She writes a reply and waits for you to tap Send. Booking confirmations and reminders go out on their own. Texting turns on once the carriers approve your number; Instagram and WhatsApp are next.

What does a month really cost?

Your first month is free. After that it's $49 a month, $5 for each appointment she books, and phone time at $0.15 a minute. Forty bookings and 140 minutes on the phone comes to $270. No contract, and every charge sits next to the conversation that led to it.
